We weren't looking for an extravagant stay, just someplace to sleep and relax while in town for two days. I was disappointed when my preferred hotel was full, so I looked at this one. It had a pool for the kids and was a very decent rate. I will admit the rate seemed a bit low, and I feared we were staying in a dive hotel. I'm all about saving money, so I gave it a shot based on reviews and photos. I'm glad we stayed here - our friends overpaid and stayed at a crowded hotel nearby, and complained that the pool was so busy they didn't have fun. This hotel was remodeled with up to date decor, and was very warm and inviting. The front desk clerk was sweet and I felt welcome from the get-go. Our check-in was smooth and parking was close to the door! My kids love the rolling luggage carts and it made coming/going with multiple bags so much easier. While there wasn't a hot tub for mom, I did enjoy the warm temperature of the pool. So often they are freezing cold, but this one was honestly warm. I was completely surprised that my kids had the pool to themselves both nights. Our room was clean, and the breakfast was very good! All in all, I was extremely pleased with our stay considering the low rate we paid! I would definitely stay here again.
